Dr Chai, Group Managing Director of Fook Tin Group Holdings Limited, is a highly successful entrepreneur. Dedicated to serving the community, he has taken up a number of public offices, including the Chairman of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, Chairman of Federation of Hong Kong Industries, Committee Member of Chongqing Chinese Political Consultative Conference. Dr Chai has a close affinity with PolyU and is currently the Chairman of PolyU Foundation.
