Mr Chow was an Independent Non-executive Director of China Mobile Limited. Since his retirement as the Executive Director and Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited in early January 2010, Mr Chow served the community in many other roles, including as Chairman of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited, Independent Non-executive Director of Bank of China Limited, CITIC Limited, Julius Baer Group Ltd. and Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd., and member of the Advisory Committee on Innovation and Technology of the HKSAR Government.
