Dr York Chow Yat-ngok had a 45-year working life covering 4 distinct and colorful careers: a practicing medical doctor, a health administrator, a government official and a human rights advocate. His experience in school and university in Hong Kong, and overseas training had a profound influence on his life philosophy and values, which determined his attitude and approach to all his career moves and voluntary services. He will share some of his stories and experience with the audience at the talk scheduled for 18 April 2017.
